Description:
The Industrial Development grant (IDGF) is awarded to eligible units of government to help in meeting the infrastructure needs of the new or expanding facility. Up to 50% of eligible off-site infrastructure may be awarded.

Eligibility:
The economic development project requiring new infrastructure must be related to economic development efforts and must create some new jobs. The award is based on the quality of jobs, number of new jobs, capital investment, and economic impact on state and local economy.

How to Apply:
First meet with state and local economic development representatives to initiate application process.
