Our Organization
Indianapolis Economic Development (IED) is a division of the Indy Partnership, the organizing body for economic development efforts in the Indianapolis region. We exclusively serve those projects located within Indianapolis’ geopolitical boundaries. Our experienced team of economic development professionals can personally guide your company through its next relocation or expansion, and we are closely linked to key leaders in the development community and in City leadership. The City of Indianapolis, through its Department of Metropolitan Development and Mayor Bart Peterson’s office, work closely with the IED team in the retention and expansion of existing businesses and attraction of new companies to Indianapolis.
